This could be one of my most versatile cookie recipes! With one small change to an ingredient, you can have three different recipes - either strawberry, raspberry, or cherry roll- out sugar cookies. You could also add in some lemon zest and transform it into a berry-lemonade cookie. Or, instead, you could add in chocolate chips and it becomes a chocolate-covered berry cookie recipe! The options are almost unlimited!

Note: this recipe uses freeze-dried berries (available at most grocery stores or online). Here is a list of stores where you easily find freeze-dried berries.
